In Person At The Theatre
The Box Office is open Monday – Saturday 10am – 5pm. For the hour before a show begins, staff will be on hand to deal with ticket sales and any other requests.

Call the Box Office between the hours above on 01323 802020. If you are unable to get through then please leave your name and number on the answer phone and a member of our team will return your call. Tickets can be emailed to you free of charge, left for collection at the venue or sent by post (this incurs a £1.50 charge).

Please visit our website at www.royalhippodrome.com, where all information on current shows is available. Please note there is a transaction fee for tickets purchased online.
Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available from Box Office redeemable against shows at The Royal Hippodrome Theatre. We also sell and accept West End Theatre Tokens which can be used at multiple venues around the country.
Concessions
Where indicated, concessions are available for over 60s, Jobseekers, People with Disabilities, Full Time Students and Children under the age of 16. Please note concessions do not apply to all shows, so please ask if you are unsure.
Children/Babes in Arms
Children under 24 months are free of charge if they do not require their own seat and will remain on a parent/guardians lap throughout the performance. If you wish for your child to have their own seat then you will need to purchase a ticket for them.
Children (aged from 2 to16) require their own ticket and to occupy their own seat which shall be at full ticket price if no concessions are available.
Children must be supervised at all times and supervision of children shall be by not less than 1 adult per 10 children.
For some shows and events there may be an age restriction. This will be clearly advertised at time of booking. Please ask if you are unsure.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once purchased we are unable to refund tickets. In exceptional circumstance and at the discretion of the management, a credit note or exchange may be possible. Please note fees may apply.
