Concession ticket prices apply to anyone aged over 60, anyone aged under 16 (unless there is a specific ‘Child’ ticket price category), anyone with a Disability and Full Time Students. Please note, concessions do not apply to every show.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to exchange your ticket for an alternative show at The Royal Hippodrome Theatre or issue you with a Refund Voucher or Credit Note which can be redeemed against an alternative show at a later date.

We try to accommodate latecomers by letting them in at a suitable break in the show. If a member of your party is running late we would advise that you leave their ticket at the Box Office for collection, they will then be escorted to their seat at a suitable point in the performance.
Please be aware that some shows/artists may place further restrictions on latecomers admittance (including no latecomers allowed) and on re-admittance.
There is no photography or filming permitted during a performance unless otherwise stated.
Our ushers are happy to store any pushchairs/car seats/walkers during the performance for you. These cannot be kept in the auditorium during a performance.
