UNAPOLOGETIC is a powerful and uplifting dance show celebrating the journey from self-doubt to self-expression. It’s about letting go of the expectations, insecurities and apologies so many women have been taught to carry, and embracing the confidence to take up space exactly as they are.

This inspiring show explores the realities of womanhood — body confidence, ambition, ageing, identity, sensuality, resilience and the freedom that comes from living unapologetically.

More than a performance, UNAPOLOGETIC is a celebration of every woman who has ever questioned whether she was enough. It honours the courage to be seen, to be heard and to reconnect with yourself.

Created by the incredible women of BodiBlossom, this production embodies everything they stand for: confidence, connection and community. Together, creating a space where women can celebrate one another, share their stories and remember that they never needed to shrink themselves to belong.

Proceeds from our shows are donated to local charities we have so far raised over £30,000 for local charities.
